to develop and manage the exida operations in the Asia Pacific region.

He/She will setup an organisation to handle the increasing demand for:

SIL determination (facilitation)
SIL verification Audits and system analysis
Determining and auditing operating and maintenance procedures
Safety Requirements Specifications
Review SIS design Experience The successful candidate will bring 5 years of experience in the process industry, and possesses or is working towards CFSE certification.

In addition to leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, the optimal candidate would possess knowledge and experience in one or more of the following fields:

PHA and SIL participation/facilitation experience
Knowledge of IEC 61508/61511 standards
Experience in process control and safety instrumentation systems

Position Title: Senior Safety Engineer

Location: Sellersville, PA, USA

Description

Job duties include: performing quantitative risk analysis, failure mode effects and diagnostic analysis, fault injection testing, layer of protection analysis, safety integrity level determinations and probabilistic analysis of instrumentation designs. In addition to working on client driven projects, the engineer will be involved in product development including development of professional tools and their testing and documentation, writing test reports and creating templates.

Experience: The optimal candidate will have experience in: control system instrumentation design and installation or safety instrumented system design and installation.

Education: BSChE/BSME/BSEE or equivalent experience
